The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations for exploring Kathmandu. The shared lounge area was like a cozy oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It felt like being snuggled up in a warm blanket, surrounded by good vibes and interesting people.

The owners go out of their way to help with storing trekking gear, lending trekking poles, and assisting with sending belongings home. the common area offers a great rooftop view and tasty food. the rooms are basic but provide good value for the price. the staff is supportive and responsive to any requests for information.
Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

The owner, Didi, was friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing and taking in the fine views of the city. My room wassuper clean and cozy, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hostel. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops and markets nearby. I got a great value for my money at Planet Nomad. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, near all the attractions but on a quiet street. The staff treated me with kindness and always had a smile on their face.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

I had an very nice time at this hostel. The owner and his wife, Brother Raju and his wife, were such lovely and genuine people. They were always available to provide information about Nepal and their own personal stories were inspiring. The hostel is in an ideal location, away from the busy streets, and offers a fine view from the rooftop. The rooms werenice and neat, and it was easy to meet other travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. this hostel is a great choice for budget-conscious backpackers looking for a fantastic time.

Planet Nomad Hostel is my go-to place in Kathmandu. They always make me feel at home. The staff even helped me retrieve my forgotten jewelry. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Parking, Laundry, Bar, Restaurant. Coming back for xmas.
